Fresno Office: June Birthdays

D&D Modesto team members Matt Harbeck and Bob Taylor volunteered for this year’s Kidz Day on May 14th, selling a special edition of the Morris newspaper to support the Salvation Army’s Red Shield. Their corner raised $581.69, contributing to the overall $103,000 raised for the local cause.
According to the Salvation Army’s website, Red Shield offers “spiritual, educational and athletic programs” and is “a safe haven for these children in one of Modesto’s poorest neighborhoods.” To read more about this cause, click here.
Good morning, all!
With May 15th having been Peace Officers Memorial Day, I thought I would share where the proceeds from the FDSA BBQ lunches go!
100% of the proceeds go to the FDSA’s Peace Officer Memorial Fund. This fund is used to send a $1,000 check to help with funeral costs of any officer who dies in the line of duty anywhere in California. Additionally, if they lose one of their own, they use that money to help the surviving family members in any way possible. This may include funeral costs, college tuitions, and more.
Thank you for your continued support!

This is a reminder that with the employee handbook is a password policy that states that you are not to share your password with anyone.
Not your team members or your manager, no one.
The IT Department can give access to e-mail and Epic activities for another employee at any time if a manager approves it, which means there is absolutely no reason to ever know someone else’s password.
Please remember this and remember that everything is tied to your computer login.
If your computer login password changes, your e-mail password changes to this new password.
You will have to enter it again in Outlook with the new password to your computer.
This will happen every 90 days.
Any questions, please feel free to contact myself or any member of the IT Department (Reece Goble and Christopher Lawley).
Thank you,

Hello Bakersfield Office,
Thanks for the spending time with Stacey & I regarding the new and exciting times in D & D Claims Services for our Clients.
The Insurance World is ever changing especially in customer service for policy holders when it comes to claims. The Insurance Companies are competing for the market share by offering seamless claims service when insured’s contact the carrier directly. As we discussed, there are several advantages for “offering” the Claims 800 # on certain claims. In addition, D & D has closely monitored these services based upon our internal claims. “The Wait is Over”.
So to re-cap here are some of “options” to consider when the client has a low severity claim.
Our Agency is growing and were looking for better customer service options. Our D & D Claims Department is focusing on mid to high severity claims to utilize more of our extensive expertise. Remember, our Agency will get the Insurance Co. notification if the Client chooses this option to call the carrier directly and/or email us a Claim Form afterwards. We will monitor/advocate as usual.
We are always here regardless of the circumstance. It’s what best fits our Client.
