It is Back to School time once again. Pinedale Elementary and Washington Union students will need our help with gathering lined paper, pencils, crayons, colored pencils, rulers, glue sticks, white eraser boards, markers, calculators, backpacks etc. If you do not have time to shop, donations are accepted and we will do the shopping. A drop off box is located in the main kitchen until Tuesday, August 27. Thank you!
Check with any D&D Project Representative if you have any questions. Checks can be payable to D&D Project.
The D&D Project raised over $368 from your donations during the latest Casual Week over July 4th!
The Pinedale Block P Dinner that took place on May 29th was a great success, and Matt DeFendis was there serving parents and students at the event. Dinner was from DiCicco’s and sponsored by the D&D project.
Pictured below are the scholarship recipients from Clovis West and Washington Union High School, and our own Katie Beyerle was there at Clovis West to present the awards. The students were excited for their scholarship and advised it would be in good use.
Thank you again for the support for The D&D Project, and stay tuned for future opportunities to participate in our fundraisers and activities!
Congratulations to D&D’s very own Doug Dinjian in the Stockton office on being installed as the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce President!
Click here to read more about Doug’s exciting new position in the Chamber’s Port of Call magazine.
If you plan to attend the Fresno Grizzlies game on 7/26, please RSVP to Tara Beach by the end of the day.
If you’ve already replied and need to change the number of tickets you requested, please inform Tara today as well.
Helen Sunahara joined D&D in 1989, and was instrumental to our Accounting Department as we grew into additional communities in California. After 30 years of devoted service, Helen retired on Friday, June 14, 2019.
D&D hosted a retirement luncheon in the main kitchen this past week. Thank you to everyone who helped celebrate Helen!
This is a reminder that with the employee handbook is a password policy that states that you are not to share your password with anyone.
Not your team members or your manager, no one.
The IT Department can give access to e-mail and Epic activities for another employee at any time if a manager approves it, which means there is absolutely no reason to ever know someone else’s password.
Please remember this and remember that everything is tied to your computer login.
If your computer login password changes, your e-mail password changes to this new password.
You will have to enter it again in Outlook with the new password to your computer.
This will happen every 90 days.
Any questions, please feel free to contact myself or any member of the IT Department (Reece Goble and Christopher Lawley).
Thank you,
Jon McNally
