Fresno Office: New Phone System Update

We are pleased to announce that Eric Rushing has joined our Company and we’ll be heading up all telecommunications.

As many of you know, Eric has worked with us in a consultant capacity over many years.  We recognize that we have had phone issues over the last several months in all offices. We are preparing to make a substantial investment in the technology infrastructure of our Company that will address many issues, including phones. This will also pave the way for a new phone system for us in 2024. We trust that Eric will be instrumental in this transition.

We’d like to thank those that joined us and spent time together at the D&D Appreciation Dinner on June 9th.

This dinner is a tradition that was started over 30 years ago, and we’re so fortunate to keep that tradition alive – with this year being our highest attended event to date.

It’s because of all of you that we’re able to do what we do. A true team effort. This gathering was just a small token to thank you for that.

For those that couldn’t make it, you’re just as appreciated and were truly missed. We hope to see you next time!

Congratulations to our very own Modesto Broker, Bob Taylor, for being honored as Lifetime Director of the Building Industry Association of the Greater Valley.

Bob has been on the board of BIA for over 30 years and has made his mark within the association by attending nearly almost every meeting.

We’re so proud of all the hard work you’ve done throughout the years at D&D and all that you continue to do. BIA is lucky to have a leader like you, and this is a huge testament to your achievements.

Fresno Office: CLOSED for President’s Day!

Just a reminder that our offices will be closed on Monday, February 21, 2022, in observance of the Presidents’ Day holiday. 

Fun Fact:  Presidents’ Day is a federal holiday that is now celebrated on the third Monday in February.  It was originally established back in 1885 and honored the February 22nd birthday of George Washington.  The current celebratory structure came about in 1971 as part of the Uniform Monday Holiday Act, which sought to create more 3-day weekends for U.S. workers.  Presidents’ Day is now viewed as a day to celebrate all past and present U.S. presidents.
