“A hero is someone who has given his or her life to something bigger than oneself.”
– Joseph Campbell
For the first time we held our annual Open Enrollment for the Medical/Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) on EaseCentral, but we wanted to give everyone one last opportunity to enroll just in case you missed it.
For those who are unaware of how the FSA works, feel free to read the Employee Guides. You can find those here and here.
An enrollment form can be found here. If you already elected to enroll in the FSA in EaseCentral during Open Enrollment, you do not need to complete the enrollment form again.
Please let Katherine Sierze know if you have any questions.

We’re implementing a new password policy for all company computers. This means the password you use to sign into your computer in the morning will need to be changed. The password policy will be put into effect on Monday, May 21st. When you come in on Monday morning you’ll enter your normal password. At that point, you’ll be prompted to enter a new password. The new password will need to meet the following requirements:
Minimum Password Length: 20 characters
Maximum Password Age: 45 days
Number of failed attempts allowed: 3
Your password may not contain your name and must meet three of the four requirements:
– An English uppercase character
– An English lowercase character
– A number (0 through 9)
– A non-alphanumeric (!, @, $, %, ^, &, *, (, ), etc… )
Note: A space counts as a non-alphanumeric symbol.
This new password policy might seem confusing. Let’s compare the two following passwords:
“SHIDO%#^*SDHOI_()@83”
“This new password policy isn’t that hard.”
Both passwords meet the complexity requirement. However, the second password is easier to remember AND more secure.
Moving forward your password should not be shared with anyone. Anyone includes writing down your password or sharing it with your team members, managers, producer, etc. If you’re gone, your manager can request that someone else has access to your e-mail and Epic actives. If you still think you need to provide your password to someone, please contact IT first, and we can assist.
If you have any questions feel free to reach out to IT at x6664.
